When you practice regularly, as a byproduct of your endevour, you might get a healthy, flexible and strong body, you become much more sensitive to distinguish what/who is good for you or not. You are more conscious about your choices. You feel good about yourself.
After such practice, you feel energized and relaxed at the same time. Your mind is quiet and peaceful. And your awareness increases.
But all this doesn’t happen at once. It is a process which gradually brings you closer to yourself.
