Hormon Yoga

Hormon Yoga is for:

 🟣 Women from 35 years of age as a preventative therapy.

 🟣 Women of all ages with a difficulty to achieve pregnancy, menstrual disorders, premenstrual stress syndrome (PMS) and premature menopause.

 🟣 All women who wish to eliminate or alleviate the symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, emotional instability, depression, headaches, difficulty concentrating, remembering, decreased libido, etc.

During hormon yoga the body gets warm, the organs in the abdomen and thyroid get a proper massage and get stimulated. We work very much with visualisation too. At the end of the class your whole system will be calmed down through 3 different techniques. You will feel energized and calm at the same time.

However, HY is not for everyone! Basically not for cases, where estrogen levels must not be increased. HY is not for women with: endometriosis, fibroids, HBP, hyperthyroidism, infammation in the body and any type of cancer. Please before starting practicing, let check your hormon levels by your doctor!
