Sessions take from 20 – 60 minutes. I use mainly Tibetan singing bowls along with other musical instruments and sometimes my singing voice. The aim may be just general relaxation of the body and mind or there are specific sequences for particular ailments such migraine, stomach issues, cold & cough, back pain, shoulder pain, chakra healing, mind relaxation, etc.
