I wish for you that, even while living in a fast-paced world, you still find the time and courage to sit down and rest, if only for a short while each day.

And do nothing. Just be.

Or maybe enjoy your favourite ice cream or whatever it may be and truly savor it in that moment, without craving more or feeling guilty afterward.

Sit down and take a pause.

Feel and witness your fear of missing out, your urge to do something and prove yourself.

Clear and calm your busy mind.

So you can respond instead of react, make conscious choices, enjoy and let go, be still and in harmony.
